Josh has spent his career at the intersection of technology and residential real estate. Before Sundae, he was a Founding Partner at LendingHome. Earlier, he co-founded Purpose Built Investments, launching three funds. Throughout his career, Josh has been involved in tens of thousands of residential real estate transactions.
As an angel investor in 107 companies, Josh has a unique perspective on emerging technologies and innovations, and how they can be applied to transform the real estate industry.
Josh graduated with honors from Stanford with a BA in Economics, BA in Spanish, and an MA in Latin American Studies with a focus in Economic Policy. He lives in San Diego with his wife, three children, and their two dogs.
